What’s involved

Pre-production

We will send through a runsheet of the areas that are scheduled for capture and the overall time required. You can then use this internally for notifying departments and key personnel.

You are welcome create a finer-detailed internal schedule too.

Production

Our photographer will visit and capture the 360° imagery. This is achieved with minimal disruption, and can take place during regular operations, hotel rooms will take around 15-minutes each to capture.

Details of the process are discussed prior to the photoshoot and there will be flexibility on the day to shoot the different areas in an order that is most suitable for you.

Post-production

Post-production generally takes 3 weeks. During this period you'll have a chance to review the virtual tour and provide feedback or request changes.

When you're happy, we'll send you the 360° photos and virtual tour assets, ready for installation on your website along with any other channels (e.g booking.com, Facebook, OTAs etc).

Our pricing is structured to scale for any hotel type and size, from small urban properties through to large luxury resorts.

There is a low base cost starting from $1790, followed by a per room & feature cost, which scales depending on the volume of areas to capture at your property.
